INGREDIENTS
2 cups milk powder 2 eggs3 teaspoon maida (flour)
4 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 and half teaspoon baking powdersugar syrup: 2 glass water2 glass sugarcardamom pods saffron
METHOD
mix all ingredients. and make a soft dough make small balls and fry till golden brown, bring a boil to the syrup, till sticky dip the balls in syrup and serve chilled

don't make big balls or else it will be raw
