INGREDIENTS
4 eggs ¼ cup water 1 tin condensed milk4 teaspoon baking powder4 cups flour2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
SYRUPIn a pot take 2 ½ cups sugar and 3 glasses water let it boil and allow sugar to dissolve.
METHOD
1. Beat eggs ,water and condensed milk.2. take 4 cups flour, baking powder and ghee (Clarified butter) mix .3. Add the beaten mix to the dry ingredients and make a soft dough.4. Make small balls (not too big coz it wil get very big when u fry).5. Fry till brown.6. Dip in syrup and throw coconut over.
