DOUGH 1 cup milk powder ½ tablespoon. Semolina 4 tablespoon. Flour ¼ teaspoon. Baking soda 1 egg 3 tablespoon. ghee (Clarified butter) 3 tablespoon. Milk
SYRUP 2 cup sugar 4 cup water 1 teaspoon. Cardamom powder
METHOD
🍡In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well until soft dough forms.🍡Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. 🍡Using a tablespoon measuring spoon, scoop out the dough to ensure even portions 🍡Heat some oil and heat over a medium flame. Once the oil is hot, add the jamun, fry until golden brown, and remove it from the heat and set a side.
SYRUP 🍡Add all the ingredients to the pot and simmer until all the sugar has dissolved.🍡Remove from the heat and add in all the Fryed jamun. 🍡Cover and let it rest for an hour or overnight. 🍡I prefer to make it the night before. The Gulab Jamun should dough in size
