1 tin condensed milk
2 tablespoon Klim powder
4 tablespoon melted ghee (Clarified butter)
Elachi (cardomom) powder
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon rose water
Flour to make a soft dough
Mix all wet ingredients together. Add dry ingredients and form a soft dough. Let the dough rest for 2 hours before shaping and frying. Dip in syrup and sprinkle coconut.
Rose water can be added to the syrup as well.
