1 tin condense milk ½ cup semolina / tasty wheat 2 eggs Mix above together Then add Pinch of salt ½ teaspoon nutmeg 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) Mix well ± 2 ½ - 3 cups flour 2 teaspoon baking powder Sift dry ingredients, adding to above to form a soft dough. Roll in oval or rounds, fry in low - medium oil until golden brown
Syrup :2 cups water 2 cups sugar Cinnamon stick & Elachi (cardomom) pods Boil everything together until sugar melted. Dip gulab Jamun in syrup & roll in desiccated coconut.
