1 kilo chicken fillet ( sliced in the middle , fillets should be thin )1 teaspoon crushed garlic ½ teaspoon ginger ½ freshly squeezed lemon 1 tablespoon calistos prego spice ¼ cup minnies flamed grilled portuguese sauce 1 tablespoon tomato sauce 1 tablespoon plain yogurt Oil
Lettuces shredded Dressing:2 tablespoon yogurt 2 tablespoon mayo 1 teaspoon mixed herbs 1 tablespoon brown sugar 2 tablespoon vineger Pinch salt
2 onions sliced 1 tablespoon brown sugar Oil
Flat bread :2 cups cake flour ¼ teaspoon salt 3 tablespoon oil Crumb with hands 1 tablespoon baking powder Cold milk to make a soft dough ( I dint measure but approx ¾ cup or more )Set aside for 15 minutes .
Sauce to spread on flat bread :3 tablespoon sourmilk or 2 tablespoon yogurt 2 tablespoon flamed grilled minnies sauce Mix together
Mix all the marinade ingredients add the chicken pieces
marinade for minimum of 1 hour
Pop in a pan and cook on meduim until half way done .
On an indoor griller add some oil and grill the chicken both sides until done.
add on dressing ingredients together mix
before serving pour over lettuces
slice onions thick
add oil in a pan
heat oil add onions add sugar and caramelize onion . do not brown the onions , should be soft .
roll out however big you want to make the fold overs
do not roll to thin
heat up a tawa and cook both sides slightly , approximately 5 to 10 seconds each side ( the flat bread should be white )
spread sauce of flat bread
Add more Minnies sauce if you eat strong
