Baked Semolina Chicken Strips

Ingredients:
500g chicken fillet (cut into strips)
4 tablespoon semolina
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
1 egg
2 tablespoon milk
Pinch Elachi (cardomom) powder
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon ground green chillies
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper
Pinch turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Portuguese chicken spice
Rough red chillies
1 tablespoon melted ghee (Clarified butter)
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together besides ghee (Clarified butter) and chicken.
2. Marinate chicken in mixture for 30min.
3. Drizzle ghee (Clarified butter) in pot.
4. Place chicken strips. Sprinkle on rough red chillies.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 180degC for +/-30min.
