📍½ Cup Feta Cheese (crumble with back of a fork) 📍1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese 📍2 Tablespoons of chopped Mint (OR ½ teaspoon dried mint) 📍¼ Teaspoon Crushed Chillies ( either the fresh Green variety or like I used a red Dry Chillie) 📍¼ Teaspoon Lemon/Pepper seasoning. 📍SpringRoll Sheets (to fill up using above ingredients)
💥 gently mix together all the ingredients in a bowl. 💥 NOTE no salt is needed, as the Feta Cheese tends to be salty 💥 Fill the Sping-Roll sheets with a teaspoon or 2 of the filling mix above, roll up as directed on packaging. 💥 Keep in fridge Until needed, or Freeze at this stage. 💥 Fry in a oil and serve with dips/chutneys/sauces.Happy Mezze Making💕Foodeva Marsay💕
