Boil macaroni. Season with salt and pepper and place in Pyrex. Make a white sauce: Melt 2 tablespoon butter with 2 tablespoon flour. Add about a cup of milk and half cup cream. Whisk continuously till it begins to thicken slightly. Then remove from heat and add salt, pepper, ¼ teaspoon green chilli paste, ¼ teaspoon crushed garlic and a sprinkle of Aromat (a South African Spice). Then mix in a cup of grated cheese and pour over the macaroni. Grate cheese on top and cover with foil. Bake in oven till nicely heated.
