RECIPE
Pepper dew chicken sizzler and potato wedges with feta
1 chicken cut and washed.
Marinate with:
2 tablespoon pepper dew sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste
1 teaspoon ina parman chilli garlic spice
1 teaspoon red chillies
1 teaspoon Dana
1 teaspoon jiro
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chicken spice
Heat butter and throw chicken in. Cook till done leave slightly saucy. When ready to serve let chicken come to a sizzle in pot then serve.
Potato wedges with feta.
3 potatoes washed and cut into wedges. Leave skin on. Marinate with pepper dew sauce, salt, ina parman chilli garlic spice, red chillies, Aromat (a South African Spice) and oil. Steam in micro till done. Crumble feta over immediately and serve.
