Boil 3 cups rice ½ way set aside. Fry 5 potatoes ½Ed
Marinate 1 kg chicken pieces in:2 teaspoon @mrsps_ tandoori masala 2 teaspoon @mrsps_ ginger garlic masala 2 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon crushed chillies Few drops saffron essence½ cup fresh cream
Braise 2 sliced onions in ghee (Clarified butter) till golden. Add in: Taj Elachi (cardomom) cloves peppercorns slit chillies Few curry leaves Add in chicken to pot.Cook Few minutes.Put in potatoes & cover with rice.Sprinkle ½ cup @786zaibunisasfriedonions fried onions Drizzle melted ghee (Clarified butter). Seal with foil.Steam in oven for 45 minutes. Serve with dahy & salads
