INGREDIENTS
1kg Sweetcorn Kernels5 onions finely chopped2 tablespoon lemon pepper2 teaspoon Garlic salt½ teaspoon white pepper1 teaspoon Grounded green chillis3 tablespoon Kitchen Aid Green chilli hot Sauce2 tablespoon Cake Flour2 & ½ cup Grated Gouda cheese¾ cup Grated Mozarella1 packet springonion Flavour Lays
METHOD
Boil the corn serparately Then braise the corn in butter with above spicesBraise the onions serparately with little bit butter just for 10 minutes till it loses it crunchiness,Once the corn and onions are cool mix them together and add a handfull of chopped SpringOnion, spring garlic, dhaniya & The hot sauce, then add in the Cheese & Crushed Lays and sprinkle flour [it helps with the oozing of the cheese]

You can add more Cheese if you'd like and adjust the amount of chilli n salt as per your taste
