Cookies & Cream Ice-cream

INGREDIENTS

2L Vanilla ice cream½ tin Nestlé cream½ tin Condensed milk1 cup Custard
Crushed Oreos and chocolate pieces

METHOD

Soften the Ice cream. Put into the standing mixer, add in the other ingredients besides the oreos and chocolate.Mix until thoroughly combined.Gently mix in 1 & ½ pkts of crushed oreos.Pour into individual cups, top with some more crushed oreos and chocolate pieces.Freeze.
