½ kilo ribeye steak / Rump cut into cubes or strips .1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon red chili paste 2 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon gorimas bbq spice ½ teaspoon crush black pepper ¼ teaspoon haldi crushed red chilli 2 tablespoon tomato sauce 1 tablespoon mayo 3 tablespoon steers bbq sauce .3 tablespoon sweet chili sauce salt to taste 9 pit salt last after u taste ) 2 onions chopped fine fry till golden and drain on papper towel . lettuces sliced cheesesteers bbq sauce
Marinade steak over night or 1 hour . he longer the better . cook the steak until very tender add water and cook on low . cool alittle and start shredding the meat .
Before serving start dividing the steak in the pan . add slices on cheese on the steak that you devided close pot lid allow cheese to melt off the stove add a good amout of the fried onion on each section that you devided .
Assemble: cut rolls add some butter and bbq sauce add the lettuces now take each section taht u devided and place in roll .
