Tin Fish Filling Different style with tomato1 large can middlecut fish (clean scrape the silver and brown off remove bone)1 can tuna (drained)Braise un 2-3 tablespoon oil 1 large onion (chopped finely)With 1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon garlicmustard seeds add 4 finely cut up curry leavesBraise add 1 large grated tomato (optional)½ teaspoon Kashmiri masala1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder1 teaspoon Dhana jeera mix1 teaspoon tumeric (tumeric)1 teaspoon saltBraise add 1 tablespoon lemon juiceFew chopped up shallotBraise well add little water if necessary for onion to softenAdd all the mixed up fishCook well I add 2 cubed potato steam in microwave with little chilli powder salt 1Tblsp oil and little water .steam till soft if any liquid left drain it Add to the filling mixtureAdj the salt chilli etc Optional : add tomato sauce / mayoGarnish with green chopped dhania (coriander) little mint
