1 kg chicken mince Oil 1 tablespoon green chilli paste 1 tablespoon garlic Salt to taste2 jalapenos slit in the middle1 bottle Jojos bursting jalapeño sauce ( approx 250ml )½ to 1 cup crystal sauce 2 to 3 cups grated Gouda cheese 1 cup mozzarella cheese ½ cup chopped spring onion Handful finely chopped dhania (coriander)
Add a good amount of oil in the pot followered by the green chillies and garlic , let this sauté until you can smell the flavor ,made the slit jalapenos and the chicken mince ,using a big dishing out spoon start separating and mixing the mince , Add salt and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes . Add in the sauces and cook on low until all the sauce has sunk into the mince and the mince should be completely dry ,let this cool down until completely add the cheese , spring onion and dhania (coriander) ,give it a good mix . This is ready to be filled
