Sweetcorn chicken
1 chicken
2 teaspoon chillie powder
1.5 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup yoghurt
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Bake in oven
Sauce
1 tin creamstyle corn
Salt pepper green masala
1 tub fresh cream
Veg
In a pot braize mixed veg in butter
Add to above sauce
Throw sauce over chicken
Grill in oven for 10 minutes
