1 kg chicken fillet cut up into small cubes

1 teaspoon Portuguese spice / mochachos

4 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 tablespoon mayp
1 tablespoon mustard sauce
6 pita bread
Marinade chicken and cook until completely cooked .
allow to cook a little and shred using your hand or a folk .
add some mayo until nice and creamy .
butter both sides of the pita
slit open forming a pocket
add filling , lettuce and cheese .
place on tawa and toast ./ you use a panini press
