1 kg chicken fillets,cubed
1 small tin nestle cream
2 tablespoon green chilies crushed
2 tablespoon red chili crushed
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon Garam masala
1 small bunch coriander chopped
½ teaspoon mix herbs
Take chicken fillets wash and drain minimum 4-5 hours.
Then add all ingredients and mix well. Leave chicken in this mixture for overnight.
Next day thread in toothpicks. Then coat with cornflakes crumbs. Now sutaibal for freeze.
Fry in medium hot oil. Serve with chutney or sauce.
