Flop Proof Cake
Steam ¾ cup Frozen Whole Kernel Corn drain keep aside to cool NOW IN MIXING BOWL ADD125 g Soft Butter or Margarine1 tablespoon oil 1 Cup Castor Sugar BEAT till light and FluffyADD 3 Eggs (one at a time) ADD the Sweetcorn inBEAT MIX1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence 2 teaspoon Baking PowderPinch of SaltKeep beatingADD 1 Cup Milk (Room Temp) ADD Gradually 1 ¼ cup of FlourBeat mix wellPour in greased baking casseroleSprinkle AlmondsBake at 180 *for 25-30 minutes till a very light gold colour or till skewer vomes out clean when poked in the cakeEnjoy TIP : May use Sweetcorn in Can😋
