125g butter1 Cup caster sugar3 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla4 teaspoon baking powder1 1/2 Cup flour1/2 Cup milkPinch of saltFew drops green coloring*2 tablespoon crushed pistachios*
Beat everything together 4minsPour into loaf pans and bake for 25 to 30mins at 180
*topping50g caster sugar1 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoon water50g whole pistachios
Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil for about 10mins until syrup is thickPour over cooled cake and dustbin icing sugar
