Buttercream Cake

RECIPE

4 eggs
1 ½ cups castor sugar
1 cup milk
3 tablespoon oil
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Add milk and oil together and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes
Beat eggs and sugar till light and fluffy
Add vanilla essence to milk and alternate with the flour and baking powder into the egg mixture
Bake at 180 for around 30 minutes.
Frosting
250g butter
500g icing sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
¾ tablespoon milk
Pink coloring
Beat butter for about 5 minutes then add in sifted icing sugar
Add in vanilla essence and milk
Divide the frosting into 2 and color one pink and leave the other plain and using a piping bag and nozzle u can pipe on top of cake
