2 cups sugar1 ¾ cup all purpose flour¾ cup cocoa1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon salt2 eggs1 cup milk½ cup oil2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup boiling water Frosting :1 cup butter4 or more tablespoons cocoa powder depending on how much chocolaty you want¾ or more cup sugar depending on sweetness1 teaspoon vanilla essence 2 tablespoon cold milk3 tablespoon dessert cream
For the Cake:
-Preheat oven to 175degrees Cup, Grease and flour two 9 inch round pans -In a large bowl stir together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Mix for 2mins on medium speed of the mixture. Stir in the boiling water last. Batter will be thin, pour into prepared pans evenly. -Bake for 30/35mins in the preheated oven, until the cake tests done with a toothpick. Cool in the pans for 10mins , then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
for the Frosting:
-Beat butter till nice and creamy, add in sugar and beat well. -Add in cocoa powder and vanilla extract and beat till well combined -Now add in dessert cream and milk and beat well -Frost your cake
