250 grm Self Raising Flour.250 grm Caster Sugar.250 grm Butter.5 Medium Eggs.1 teaspoon of Baking Powder.Zest of 2 Lemons.1tbspoon of Lemon Juice
For decoration125 grm Icing Sugar 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice.
Preheat oven 160 °Beat together Butter and Sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in the egg one at a time and Flour, Baking Powder and Lemon Zest and juice and beat again until well combine.
Bake for 50 minutes, check by poking a skewer.
Once baked leave to cool on wire rack. Whisk together the icing sugar and Lemon juice, drizzle onto the cake. Sprinkle lemon zest.
