Mini Chocolate Cakes

INGREDIENTS

Chocolate cake

250g butter
1cup sugar
4eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ cup cold milk
½ cup boiling water
2tbslp oil
2cups flour
¼ cup cocoa
4 teaspoon baking powder


Cream butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Beat in essence.
Mix together milk, water and oil.
Add to creamed mixture.
Fold in dry ingredients.
Bake at 180 for 10-12 minutes..
Cool.

Chocolate sauce:
1slab chocolate,melted
125ml fresh cream
1 heaped tablespoon nutella,melted
Mix ingredients till smooth and drizzle over cake.
