INGREDIENTS
2 and half cups flour
1 and half cups sugar
1 teaspoon bicarb
1 teaspoon cocoa
Pinch of salt
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 and half cups oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
5 teaspoon red colouring
FROSTING
2 cups icing sugar
Quarter pound butter
1 tub cream cheese
METHOD
Mix dry ingredients to wet ingredients.Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.Makes 24 cupcakes . Double recipe to make a cake.
