INGREDIENTS
675grams Butter, soft
225grams Castor Sugarr
750grams Cake Flour
135ml. Cocoa powder
180ml. Cornflour
About 36 Marshmallows, halved
450grams Plain chocolate to melt
METHOD
Cream butter annd sugar till white &
fluffy. Add
dry ingredients & mix together.
Shape into balls or pipe into nests
making sure u
leave a dent\hollow where the mallow
with go
later.
Bake at 10-13 minutes till done.
Place one mallow piece into centres
quickly while
still hot so it can mould into it when
warmed then
pop back into warm oven for about one
minute to
soften mallows & let it puff up a liitle
(do not
leave in for too long as it will go
tough).
Let cool then dip tops of biscuit in
melted choc
or drop a spoon of melted choc ontop or
drizzle
with choc (whatever you prefer).
INFO & TIPS
Its a definite crowd pleaser. I prefer
Cadbury
choc but u can use any u like. Makes
about 72
biscuits. Got this recipe from a
