INGREDIENTS
2+ ¾ cups cake flour ¼ cup cocoa powder3 teaspoon baking powder1 cup castor sugar3 eggs250g butter½ teaspoon salt1 tablespoon vanilla essence
METHOD
1. Beat altogether and spoon 1 tablespoon into each hole in mini dount maker.2. Bake for 2min until cooked and risen. 3. Melt white chocolate. Dip 1 side into chocolate and let set. 4.
