My Chocolate style Naan Kathai1 cup ghee (Clarified butter) or butter+ ¾ cup castor sugarBeat well till white and fluffyAdd 1 egg well beaten1 teaspoon vanilla essenceBeat Add Little crushed pecans (optional)Add 1 teaspoon crushed Elachi (cardomom)1 level teaspoon nutmegSlightly less than - ¼ teaspoon bicarb½ teaspoon baking powder2 tablespoon dessicated coconut2 tablespoon semolinaMix wellAdd +- 2 ¼ cups flourMake a soft doughRoll out small ballsStick cut up pecan in it (dip pecan in milk so it sticks)Bake at 180* for 20 minutesIt must look creamyCool dip in melted brown chocolateSprinkle with grated white chocolate on topEnjoy
