First 5 ingredients mix and crumb with your fingers . Mix together the yeast and water mix and allow to stand for 5 minutes . Add this to crumb mix and form a soft dough . Pat with oil , cover and allow to rest for 30 minutes to an hour . Roll out . Keep water ready in a bowl . Take water in your hand and pat 1 side with water and place on a hot tawa allow to cook and water the side that's facing you before you turn . Spread garlic butter both sides allow to cook and serve immediately
