INGREDIENTS
4 eggs1 cup sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 & ΒΌ cup flour3 teaspoon baking powderPinch of salt2 tablespoon CocoaΒ½ cup oilΒ½ cup boiling water
METHOD
Beat the eggs & sugar well together. Add vanilla essence. Add the dry ingredients and lastly the oil & boiling water & beat for just a few minutes until dry ingredients are incorporated. Bake at 180Β° for about 25-30min. Decorate as desired ( Ganache or Icing ) & enjoy !
Choc Ganache - Melt 1 slab plain chocolate with a little oil... Add in +- 3 or 4 tablespoon Nestle Dessert Cream and mix well until smooth & spread over the cake. Grate Top Deck or crumble flake or sprinkles over...
Choc Icing - About 125g butter & abt 10 tablespoon icing sugar & 1 level tablespoon cocoa powder. Cream well together & ice your cake. (Icing sugar is an approx. amount - add more or less to reach your desired consistency)
