RECIPE
Add water to a pot with some salt and 3 tablespoon oil, allowing it to come to a boiling point. Add in 1 packet of pasta of choice and cook until tender. Remove from the stove ,drain and keep aside.
Prepare all your veggies with whatever you have on hand, robot peppers, carrots, baby marrow, mushroom etc so it's a bit colourful.
Boil carrots in salt water until tender.
Add some butter or ghee (Clarified butter) and oil to pot .Add veggies ,season with any spices of choice, lemon pepper , Aromat (a South African Spice), mixed herbs, innaparmans garlic and herb ,if you want it strong then add green masala or else garlic only it cooks quick . Saute until veggies are tender .
Add in boiled pasta and mix well . Steam for 5 minutes until cooked through.Add sweet chilli sauce and mix well. Garnish with dhania (coriander) or spring onions.
Variation. Add pieces of fillet when cooking veggies.
