INGREDIENTS
1 kl loin chops washed and drained well ΒΌ cup oil Β½ cup spur bbq sauce Β½ cup tomatoe sauce1 tablespoon vinegar1 tablespoon lemon juice2 teaspoon ginger and garlic1 teaspoon chillie powder1 teaspoon crushed chillie1 teaspoon bbq spice1 teaspoon steak and chops spice1 teaspoon shisanyama spice 1 teaspoon Cajun spice1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 tablespoon brown sugar Β½ teaspoon salt Chopped dhunia
METHOD
Mix everything together. Dip each chop in the marinade. Keep excess marinade for basting in the end. Add a tablespoon of oil to it and keep aside. Place chops on a foiled tray. Marinate for a few hours. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn all the chops over.Brush with leftover marinade and bake another 10 minutes. If you like it more brown turn oven setting to grill and grill for 5 minutes. Once tasted never wasted πShare as received βββ
