Sweet Popcorn

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup Popcorn Seeds 3 tablespoon Oil 3 tablespoon Sugar Colouring Butter

METHOD

1. Mix oil, sugar and colouring in a pot.2.Then add popcorn seeds and mix. 3.Place over medium high heat and cover with lid.4. When seeds begin to pop lower heat slightly and shake the pot frequently.5. When all the seeds have popped, remove from heat and add butter.6. Sprinkle with salt, shake, place on a tray to cool. 🍽️
