1kg chicken mince washed and drained. Add in:Β½ teaspoon white pepper Β½ teaspoon dhanaΒ½ teaspoon jeeru (cumin)1 teaspoon salt4 cloves minced garlic 1 piece grated ginger π« 2 teaspoon ground green chillies Roasted red and green peppers liquidised 2 tablespoon coconut 2 tablespoon ground Badaam Β½ teaspoon lemon π pepper ΒΌ cup maizena (corn flour) ΒΌ cup yoghurt Β½ cup chopped dhania (coriander) Mix well.Freeze for 40 minutes.Shape into seekhs.I brushed with melted butter and baked 20 minutes.Lemon butter sauce:80g butterΒ½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)Β½ teaspoon Cajun spice Β½ cup fresh cream 2 tablespoon lemon π juice Few pinches of parsley Boil over low heatPour over seekhsServe with wedges
