RECIPE
Ingredients:
Fresh Garlic cloves
Fresh rosemary
Crushed black pepper
A sprinkle of Paprika
Salt to taste (I used Nataniel collection Roasted garlic and lemon salt. Like I just crushed it over)
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Teaspoons of Butro butter
Robertson's veggie spice
Method:
In a baking tray add foil shiny side up and add cut slices of fresh garlic and rosemary.
Make 2 slits in each piece of chicken then add a cut slice of fresh garlic in chicken slits and a few rosemary leaves (likes 2 in each slit).
Then put it into the tray and sprinkle the salt,pepper and paprika on both sides and a sprinkle of lemon juice...Then take the sweet potato and peel it, cut into circles ... put it into the tray as well ... sprinkle a little veggie spice on it..and then take about two tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle it over everything...once that's done add butter and cover it with foil again shinny side down.. bake at 180° for 20 minutes..
