Cut potatoes in medium size chunks Sweet potatoes ''Papri Green peas BrinjalSpring onions Coriander Curry leaves Salt Red chili powder Haldi Dhana powder Garam masala Suhana's veg masala powder Jeeru (Cumin) Hing Ajmo (Tymol seed)Cinnamon Ginger and garlic paste Tomatoes chopped Take oil in a pan. Add Jeeru (Cumin),hing,curry leaves and Ajmo (Tymol seed). Stir well then add all cut and washed veg. Mix and add ginger garlic paste and salt.mix well and cook 1 minutes. Then add red chili powder,haldi,dhana powder and suhana's veg masala powder. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Now stir and add chopped tomatoes,spring onions and methibhaji muthiya. Sprinkle little water. Cover again and cook on slow flame until done. Now sprinkle some coriander and green chilies. Serve hot with roti & achaar.
Methibhaji Muthiya
½ cup Chana flour ½ cup plain flour Salt to taste 1 teaspoon chili powder ½ teaspoon haldi ½ teaspoon dhana powder 1 tablespoon oil2-3 tablespoon chopped methibhaji 2-3 tablespoon chopped dhana bhaji (Spinach) Mix all ingredients together. Make a soft dough with hot water. Now apply some oil in your hand. Take small portion of dough and give muthiya shapes. Steam them on medium flame. For 20-25 minutes. When ready add in mixed veg.
