1 packet 200g tennis biscuits
75g melted butter
1 tin Caramel treat
2 - 3 small bananas sliced
1 cup fresh cream whipped with 1 tablespoon icing sugar
Chocolate to decorate
24 mini loose bottom cheesecake pans
Spray and cook cheesecake pan
Process biscuits until fine. Add melted butter and mix to resemble wet sand.
Spoon evenly into prepared cheesecake pans.
Set in the fridge for an hour. Remove base from pans.
Mix Caramel treat with a fork. I put into a pipping bag and pipe over biscuit base. Add banana slices on top.
