INGREDIENTS
I TIN CONDENSED MILK
4 EGGS
4 teaspoon BAKING POWDER
I teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) POWDER
4 tablespoon SOFT ghee (Clarified butter)
FLOUR AS REQUIRED (± 2½ CUPS)
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together besides the flour. Add flour slowly till you get a soft sticky dough. Fry in medium hot oil. Cool then dip in syrup and roll in coconut.
INFO & TIPS
Dough should be sticky. If you add too much flour the goolab Jamuns will be hard. Rub some oil onto hands as you roll. Roll finger thin as they rise slot.
