125g soft Butter¾ cup Normal SugarBeat wellAdd2 eggs(One at a Time)Beat againPinch of salt1 teaspoon Vanilla essence2 teaspoon Baking Powder¾ cup MazinaMix wellAdd +-1 & ½ cup (might use more)Make a soft doughRoll out thinly on board cut in rounds(keep some dough aside to cut strips for last ) The size to fit your cup cake panGrease panPut rounds in the cup cake pansPlace ¾ teaspoon of apricot jam or any Jam In the the centre Then Mix some coconut and some Icing sugar together with little milkNot to wet place small lumps on topof jamCut strips of dough and press and place across each tartSlightly wet with water or milk each strip thensprinkle 100 & 1000's overBake at 180* 15 - 20 minutes or until light golden brownEnjoy
