Credit : Unknown recipeInspired Bakery style taste Method:125 g soft margarine or butter¾ cup normal sugarBeat well till creamyAdd 2 Well beaten eggs1 teaspoon vanilla essenceKeep beatingAdd pinch of salt¾ Cup Mazina (can reduce)1 & ½ teaspoon baking powderMix well Gradually add +- 2 cups flour Make a soft doughRoll out cut in rounds (leave some dough aside to cut strips to place over the cuppies once filled)Place each round in greased patty pansFill with apricot jam Place a stop each criss cross or singleSprinkle 100 & 1000's sweets Bake in oven for +- 25 - 30 minutesAllow to cool OPTIONAL:Dust with icing sugar Enjoy
