CREDITS
INGREDIENTS
1 x 400g sheet puff pastry3 large red applesCinnamon SugarJam of choice
METHOD
Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut into strips.Remove the apple core, and slice your apples thinly. Place into a bowl with little water mixed with lemon to avoid the apples from going brown. Mix well.Place into the microwave for 3 minutes to soften the apples. Its easier to work with then.Sprinkle cinnamon sugar or jam onto half of the puff pastry sheet. I didnt have jam this time so just used cinnamon sugar.Place your apple slices onto half of the puff pastry sheet with the jam, overlapping each other on the longer side of the sheet. Now sprinkle more cinnamon sygar on the apples.Flip the puff pastry sheet to cover the apples.Roll like a swiss roll.Place into sprayed cupcake holders or spray your muffin tin well.Bake at 180c for 30 to 45 minutes until your pastry is cooked. It may take longer. This is just a guideline.Once cooled, sprinkle with icing sugar.Enjoy!!!
