INGREDIENTS
1 kg Ribeye Steak Rounds (tenderized)1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Ground black Pepper 2 teaspoon Red pepper spice 1 teaspoon Steak and Chops Spice5 tablespoon Worcester Sauce 1 tablespoon Spare Rib Marinade (black sauce) 3 tablespoon Garlic Sauce3 tablespoon Mrs Balls Hot Chutney 3 tablespoon Minnie's Hot Portuguese Sauce3 blobs Butter
METHOD
Marinate Steak in the Above ingredients. Cook on low until tender (+-2 & 1/2hrs)
Cheddarmelt Sauce (½ recipe)Ingredients-½ cup Fresh cream (add more as needed)Salt (to taste)½ teaspoon Pepper ½ punnet Mushrooms (sliced)Grated Cheese 2 teaspoon maizena (corn flour)
Method for Cheddarmelt Sauce.Saute Sliced Mushrooms in spices. Mix maizena (corn flour) into fresh cream until there's no lumps. Pour fresh cream mixture into the Pan of Mushrooms. Stir until Sauce thickens. Lastly add in grated cheese. Add more fresh cream if Sauce gets too thick.
Top your Steak with Sauce. Serve with Onion Rings, chips and salad.Alternatively add into burger bun. 🍔 Enjoy!
