Steak Sizzler

INGREDIENTS

½ kg tenderized steakOlive oil Ginger garlic Quarter cup Steers peri peri sauceSalt½ teaspoon turmeric powder1 ½ tablespoons chilli powder1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon pickle masalaCanvas grill sauce

METHOD

Marinate steak with all ingredients except olive oil and canvas grill sauce.Cook for +- 5 minutes on either sides, on high heat. Pour over canvas grill sauce and bring to a simmer.Serve with sides.
