Marinate in garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil for few hours.4.) Add butter in a non stick pan and cook the marinated steak/lamb in this.5.) When is completely cooked -In another pan add olive oil, butter/ghee (Clarified butter), whole green chillies, and garlic - braise or brown this mixture just for few minutes then pour the mixture over the steak/lamb ... enjoy🌺
