INGREDIENTS
Recipe credit: @zaheera_b Ingredients :1 heaped cup flour1 cup sugarPinch of salt4 teaspoon baking powder 4 tablespoons maziena2 eggs 1 cup hot water½ cup oil1 cap vanilla essence
METHOD
Method : In a mixing bowl add in all the dry ingredients and mix nicely. Add in eggs, hot water, oil and vanilla essence. Beat for 3 minutes and pour into a greased baking pan. Bake on 180 degrees till the cake sponges back.
Top with apricot jam and toasted coconut
