INGREDIENTS
250g butter1 cup icing sugar1 cup maizena (corn flour)½ cup oil½ cup chopped pecans
METHOD
Beat well...Make soft dough with flour...Press in pan...cut...sprinkle sugar...bake until done...remove from oven...re-slice... and then leave in open oven for 15-20 minutes.
