INGREDIENTS
250g butter200g castor sugar5ml baking powder+- 3 cups flour Pecan nuts (as much as you wish)
METHOD
Cream butter & sugar.Add remaining ingredients & mix. Add pecan nuts, leave some to sprinkle on top.Add a little flour at a time till you get a soft dough.
Press into an oven proof dish, make holes with a fork into the biscuit dough.Press down remaining pecan nuts.
Bake at 180 degrees for +- 15 minutes Cut into squares once baked.
Enjoy with a hot cup of cuppacino!
