INGREDIENTS
3 egg whites
180 g caster sugar
1 packet tuc biscuits
Handful of pecan nuts
METHOD
Beat egg whites until light and fluffy and double the size. Slowly add caster sugar and beat well. Add nuts and biscuits. Bake in a pyrex dish for plus minus 20 minutes. Decorate with fresh cream and pecan nuts
