Onion vagaar with all the whole spices Add : chicken mince cook with little water add red masala ground dhania (coriander) / Jeeru (Cumin) salt arad (Turmeric) red chillie powder cook with mince I than add chopped tomato and Methi (Fenugreek) bhajee chopped and toowar. cook on low heat add par boiled or fried potato a half cup water and allow to simmer . it was finger licking serve with hot rotis .
